Recap: 2nd Annual Orange Crush Camp

The 3rd Annual Summer Running Camps tour kicked off in Bellefontaine (YMCA Camp Willson) Sunday, with festivities wrapping up yesterday evening.

In-between films, discussions, intense games of capture the flag and s'mores, we were lucky enough to listen to former American record-holding steeplechaser and current Head Cross Country, Track & Field Coach at Heidelberg University - Briana Shook - discuss the ups and downs of her high school, collegiate and professional athletics career.

 The tour now shifts focus to the University of Mount Union (Alliance, Ohio) where former Olympic Steepler/current Head Cross Country Coach at the Ohio State University - Rob Gary - will be leading a discussion/interactive steeplechase tutorial.
